John, I've been meaning to point you to this for some time.  It's an
electronic trade magazine for the automotive design industry,
primarily electronics oriented.  I don't know whether they'll let you
subscribe unless you fib a little, but you can look at it here:
http://www.automotivedesignline.com/ .  I'd be very surprised if you
didn't find it interesting over time.  My subscription came as an
offshoot of a subscription to EE Times...
