...and we could go back to Ralph Nader and the Corvair. I'd be curious to see if Ford and the other two aren't fanning the flames of this Toyota debacle. Their ads are certainly capitalizing on it and not so subliminally.

We'll continue to drive our hail-damaged 99 Corolla with manual windows and no cruise control until it dies of rust. Then we'll find another one.

The only thing with Toyota that bothers me is the allegations that they covered up the recall need at the corporate level. I would need to see proof of that before changing my mind.
