ETKA is the biggest reason for my maintaining a Genuine VW MPF 2400 Reader machine and my huge collection of parts fiche and decently large collection of original factory Parts Books in my reference library. Although the illustrations are still there, much of the text information is disappearing from the computer. Picked up a 1971 dated 68-71 Bus Parts Book at the last OCTO to add to the library (actually looking for a 1970 dated Bus book for the more "accurate" illustrations for the 68-70 front & rear axle/suspension areas - 71 and later books/fiche/ETKA has a "hybridization" of these area images - still looking). Yep, I'm back from the angioram with just meds changes :) -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" 75 914 1.8 (No Name Yet) Full Timing Since March 1999 oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com *********************************** On Mon, Mar 8, 2010 at 4:12 PM, Charles Nighbor <cnighbor1@comcast.net>wrote:
