Where did you pick up these parts Mike? The one almost looks as though it was installed and somebody chewed it putting the drum back on. Make sure that you back off the adjusters before re-installing them - that'll keep you from chomping on the shoes like that... File the loose bits off and install them already - no more excuses - the basketball games should be on the radio where you live!
