Incidentally for BBQ tanks, Airco (welding supply outfit) gives you a full 20 lb for a decent price. Dunno if they can handle RV Acme fittings. I've read (on a swap-tank holding cage at Home Depot) that the "standard fill" nowadays is 18# and that these particular swap-tanks contain 17# for some tortured justification.
