I think you need at least a cracked or ruined mirror glass with the attachment stuff intact and then you can get the stick-on replacement glass to go over the top of the old glass. There is a seller on Ebay listing new stick-on glass for Vanagon mirrors. 2 sizes are listed, $20 shipped. I have not tried them and don't know which size works with the power mirrors or that either do. Measure carefully. Mark
