I've fount that that odometer is pretty darned close. When that final tenths zero comes down level, that mileage times 805 is nearly exact... like +/- 2 revs/mile close And regarding the manufacturers numbers vs calculated, My latest data samples convince me to throw in with the manufacturer's numbers. Really, my suspicions were based (unreasonably) on the crap tires on my wife's car, for which I found very odd numbers. My GPS/odometer calculation from these Hankook RF10's I have now comes out to 729, and their book number is 731. Pure calculated number is 710. Book number wins. -- John Bange |
