Let us know how well your bumpers do as far as the chrome. Another alternative for those who love that chrome look is stainless steel. There's a vendor selling stainless steel versions of the Porsche 914 bumpers. Those are a more complicated pressing. Vanagon bumpers are simpler. But them again these folks are asking $1300 each for the 914 bumpers. Who knows? Maybe someone is in love w/ the chrome bumper look enough to pony up that kind of cash.
