I'm on my first SS system on my van now. Beautiful and durable, but they rust and develop corrosion, just not nearly as fast as mild steel. Also better than the aluminized pipes I've had on this same van and others. The system has been on for 2 yrs. 5 months at this point. I'm getting a new engine in a month and that exhaust system will also be SS.
