Actually the black velour interior came in some silver or wolfram grey
85-86 GL's.   not gold..

craig owns one of these vans..rare silver sunroof w/ the rare black
interior..(with westy int/poptop in it now - i am still upset at him for ruining
that sunroof!! :) you know i have a thing for sunroof vans..ive owned 5 of
them already)

and craig is talking about the GL velour insert...when he  says "plushy"
LOL

anyway they are all black vinyl w/ the charcoal velour insert.  the  seats
are capt chairs w/ armrests..charcoal velour w/ black vinyl sides and
backs.   carpets were black.

craig..what ever did you do with your rear seat???  you know i want  one..
i know you took it out to install that westy interior!!   :)  you are
holding out on me dude!!

its probably sitting in your folks garage getting covered in dust :(

Back to Zoltan's original post - i think he is looking for the all black
ones...without the velour insert..   like Scott has...

those came on early base model vanagons....and.....doublecabs and
singlecabs... they are hard to find..

Zolt...did you buy a doka???
