Those rubber mounts are identical to the ones they used on Saab 96 exhaust mountings, FWIW. They have a metal plate with a ?6mm? stud on each end that mounts to whatever you want and are a concave body of revolution an inch or so long. If you mount them twisted they fail rapidly (says the former Saab owner). But of course for the fuel pump they're normally already mounted to the two brackets.
