For a while, some folks were using the simple flixible rubber hose attachment for grease guns to do that job. Hav no experience with it personally, but then I had a 14" hose made out of #4 Aeroquip braided line and 8 years later ist's still working just fine. I think it cost me like $15 or so with the swedge-mated ends and all.
