Subject: moving Pickle to New York, where to park it??
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

We are moving to New York City this summer... probably living in Brooklyn.

Our 83.5 westy needs come with us, but I don't think it makes sense to street park it, even though its probably possible in Brooklyn. Too much of a chance of something bad happening. Plus, when I need to change the oil or a ball joint, I hardly want to be doing that on the street.

So... we're trying to figure out where to park it. My guess is that the best option is a spot in someone's private garage, either somewhere in Brooklyn (probably expensive) or across the river in Jersey, somewhere very close to a New Jersey transit line, allowing a nice escape to the catskills when desired.

I'm wondering if any listee's have any advice for us about any good options they might be aware of...

thanks very much! Wes
