BusDepot has a complete set of interior panels for $200 -- cover/paint the panels as you wish.

Thanks for starting this thread -- I'm going to get a sliding door panel for my 84 Westy -- don't know why I didn't think of looking on the BusDepot site before. Having spent a very frustrating day trying to cut a new panel that in the end did not work -- I'll happily spend $50 on a pre-cut one.
