Not troubleshooting exactly, but see if you can get a grip on the top of the window and help it up. Or you *might* be able to unsnap the lower door panel enough to get a hand in there and help from below. To fully remove the door panel you need a #2 Philips and ideally a #3.

The window handle -- well, never mind that one.

The grab handle has a #2 and a #3 on each end, under a flip-open cap.

There's a cup outboard of the door handle that you have to pry out, then an obvious screw under it. Keep track of the cupped lockwasher for that.

The ventilator grill -- real or fake -- has between two and four screws.

After that it's just a matter of sliding underneath and popping out the snaps. All around the outside and a couple in the middle.

The plastic sheet underneath is important and should be preserved. Keeps the damp out of the door panels etc.
