Loose bolts will result in sheared bolts if the loads are right. Maybe you found the max load point for loose bolts. Or possibly you have bogus bolts!! Chinese or something. I've never known of a CV to come loose from sheared bolts unless they were loose to start with. Just doesn't happen in my experience - given the WBX engine.
