Saab 99 between 1969 -1975, Citroen xantia (quite new ones).

Ive actually driven a Saab with frontal hand brake. Can you guess how many times during the inspection the inspector told my father that "parking brake does not work at all" because testing it from the rear wheels. Do I get a prize ?
