maybe if we keep buying them, they'll keep having them available.

on the other hand, .. it's better to upgrade to the large 'metal can style' fuel filter used on 86 and later vanagons. ....installed downstream of the fuel pump which I think is a good thing, and ...in general, those 84 style small square fuel filters are a bit small and can clog up easily. 'Mo betta is to eliminate the small filter completely, and just run the large metal can. Not a hard upgrade to do.
