The clip is only 2s long, so it's hard to tell what's happening there -is it meant to be longer? I just went out and stomped on it - the van hasn't run for 2 months - and I heard noise from the rear shoes within 1.5" of travel, and heavy pedal pressure took it 1/2 way to the floor, with the last bit of travel being a very slow creep over maybe 5 seconds or so, while holding >75lbs pressure on the pedal. I can't start the van to compare the situation with vacuum added, but will do so on the weekend. I did hear a faint sound from the MC/booster area that could have been a little bit of fluid seeping past the seals - a little 'fwit' sound every few seconds while pressure was on the pedal. With the second and subsequent pedal tests it seemed a bit higher, but not as pronounced as when driving, so perhaps the issue is with the booster? Both booster and MC are original - '88 with 415k. I have a new spare MC, but would rather not start another project before a road trip next weekend...
