Apparently, you didn't read all of the words in my statement. I've never been ticketed for driving 'at the speed limit', or for being tail-gated while driving 'at-or-over the speed limit'. I can't imagine any cop ever doing that to anyone, or any traffic court judge allowing a ticket like that to stand. I do fight speeding tickets, it's stupid not to try. I haven' t had any tickets in over 5 years now, and I drive for a living; city, country, highway, over 200 miles daily. . I love to drive fast as much as the next guy, but I'll never get ticketed for tail-gating. " If I'm driving at or above the speed limit, I usually won' t move to let tail-gaters speed by,even if I'm in my Westy."

In Utah you will get a citation for obstructing the normal flow of traffic> The gendarmes DO NOT like volks pretending to wear a badge, especially when they are violating the traffic laws in the course of their pretense.
