There's lots in archives, but a few points. If tank has square regulator, it's likely original. IF it's leaking, the copper line(s) need to be changed to accommodate the newer round type. While inspecting things, look for an ID tag on the tank. Is it there? Super rusty? Is it welded to tank at corners only? IF so... Tons in archives re: refurb or replace and old tank. Pics of my old tank tag and pitted metal found under tag: http://picasaweb.google.com/musomuso/PropaneLPTank# NOT saying tank itself is leaking, and don't want to start a thread on tank refurb. Just showing how mine looked, and what I did. I have read that the auto-fill valve can be problematic. IF yours has an auto-fill, maybe stuck slightly open?? Info should also be in archives. :) If tank has a manual fill, did LP jockey close it fully? Be aware that LP can freeze burn flesh. That's why the LP jockey wore gloves. Not trying to scare anyone. Just a warning. :) Neil.
