Since I prefer to use a small pump that fits into a quart plastic container, it's easy to begin checking with a pinky finger, what the level of the lube inside that filler hole is. If I were using the funnel-attached-to-a-hose-draped-over-the-RR-wheel method, I'd just keep track of how much I had poured to then begin finger-checking. Something like 4.7 transaxle and 1.7 front diff. but I'd have to double check that before I started pouring. bob
