I have seen those all metal ones offered but the price is triple what a stock radiator goes for. Since few would pay that much extra when the the stock ones last 20 years or more, I have never seen one in person. Neither have you apparently. Why would you take it for granted that you got the very expensive model for the cheap model price? How about a quick visual check? You only need to turn 5 fasteners 1/4 turn and the top grill comes right off in 30 seconds, 2 minutes to put back. When the fastener slots are vertical they are loose. When horizontal they are in the catch position. Mark
