Finally had some sunny moments to mess with this issue further. It appears to have been switches. All were sticky with harden grease. I cleaned with contact cleaner, determined on switch to be altogether faulty, replaced it and now am fully functional. Sort of clever mechanisms, I found upon disassembling one.

I still don't know which fuse this power window circuit is on. Can anyone help with that?
