The list can get big fast. Inspect, Inspect, Test, Inspect some more. Then prioritize. Yes some stop leak may fix that leak for now but that can also clog other partially blocked passages. Many folks now complain about heater performance especially after last winter. Heater cores leak and clog. The front core tends to clog on the outside with road dirt. I would pull and check both cores and check the condition of the front blower fan. Heater core leaks can usually be smelt.
