Yes, that is correct. And thanks to ALL for their help. Just finished re-keying a cylinder for my sliding door, and got the spring in correctly. cylinder still "drags" a bit (is tight) but it does work. I have cleaned it all, but just the cylinder itself seems to drag some, even with lubrication. Still, should work fine and maybe loosen up later.

Will install first chance I get, and re-work seals, etc. for the handle.
