you now have a radiator with brass tanks and a copper core ?

looking at that site it seems backwards to me .. they say 86 to 91 - brass tanks with cooper core, $ 578

and the first two listings appear identical to me...same part # and description.

then for 82 to 85...which doesn't really make a lot of sense either .. they say plastic tank, aluminum core ..which is what all 83 and later vanagon radiators are as far as I know.

and it's only the 82 diesel vanagon that has metal tanks and copper core .....in the 'real world of actual vanagons' ...not on parts lists.

and if you did get a 600 dollar radiator for 200 bucks ...all right !

the plastic tank aluminum core ones are 'the good ones' , as far as heat removal goes, in my experience... and the lighter weight is nice too. The 82 metal radiator feels very heavy, like strangely heavy even. The plastic tank/aluminum core ones weigh very little in comparison,. and I think they work better as well.
