I might fabricate a panel to replace the water/battery gauge panel in
the stove.  I'd like to keep the water gauge more or less as-is, and
replace the battery gauge with the aircraft volt/ammeter with a
switch: aux-off-main.

But since I assume the circuit board extends the whole width of the
panel, I'll have to either build my own water gauge circuit board or
just live without the water gauge.

I thought about cutting a new hole in the stove face for the
volt/ammeter, but I can't bring myself to cut up the original equipment.

I don't want it on the dash.  I don't think drivers should be looking
at gauges.
