That ID tag looks like mine used to.

I chose to replace tank. Got it from BD. Was less $. Locally, prices varied wildly.

Every LP shop I went to said "no" to check/recertify if ID tag falling off.

Is your regulator square? Looks like it. If so, the copper line(s) will need to be length adjusted to accommodate the newer style regulator.

I saved money by purchasing/shipping in my own tank, removing old one, and hanging new. LP tech did the rest.
