I just bought them last week. Temps in Seattle are in the 50's, so right now it will make the van interior MUCH colder. :) Last August, Seattle temps were pushing 100 degrees and I was getting ready for a Mt. Rainier summit climb. When I was coming back from training hikes at the park, my van was an oven. A half inch opening in the window wasn't cutting it. Maybe a 2 1/2" opening will do the trick. I just took a chance and ordered these and they seem to fit the bill. I thought the EuroCamper webpage on these vents wasn't as good as it could be describing the product, so I just thought I save people the time figuring out if it was worth getting them. They don't seem cheaply made. I think they are from Germany.----Milt

RE: Window Vents hanks for the info. One question: Do they actually seem to make a ifference in how hot the rig gets while sitting in the Sun? |
