Known problem is with stress concentrations at the corners of the diaphragm, causing the diaphragm to fail. That's why they're not made any more. If it fails, result will be a propane leak. Usually not major but you will have to shut down the main valve until you fix it, so it could ruin a trip (any RV place should be able to replace it, but you'll be paying their labor for it unless you brought the tools along to deal with the tubing).
