Maybe, but if what's rattling is the plastic side wall panels, you'll
want to make sure you examine every rivet or screw affixing those
panels to the body to see if anything's loose. If what you're
experiencing is resonance at certain frequencies in those panels than
adding mass to the panels, not the metal body of the van, will help.
