Here's what Daryl says:

"We suggest the use of Redline MT90 synthetic oils for most units with stock engines. We recommend Swepco, LE or a similar high quality racing type gear oil for any engine over 160HP or that has severe off road usage."

I put Swepco 203 in my syncro trans after he rebuilt it - I have a2.5L subaru so I thought that would be a good idea. Definitely takes longer to "warm up" than the MT-90 did.
