Arkady, what year/model do you have? If you go to bus-boys.com and scroll down on the left side of home page, go to shifter parts, there will be two sections for different years. These are pretty clear pictures that could help. You can look on the Bentley too, of course. I just rebuilt this rearmost shifter with many new parts, including the two new balls (bushings,) and all new boots. I even did a little boot mod to the forward bushing that came out very nice. I should have a few of these rebuilt shafts available this summer (depending on year model,) core must be provided. They will include 2 new OE bushings (1 for front shift rod, you install,) 4 new OE boots, lower shift lever secured to shaft with new tension pin (most are wobbly after 20+ years,) and all metal polished. I'll do this until I get tired and/or the parts dry up, if there is any interest, of course. I will post some pics when I get home, tonight. Thanks, Miguel

I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. - Thomas A. Edison
