Have you changed anything recently? I've had the following noises on mine:

1. After installing KYB shocks, I used the crappy rubber upper bushings that came with the shocks, and had terrible knocking noises over bumps. Re-installed old bushings and noise went away. 2. I installed cheap front brake pads with inferior anti rattle clips, and they rattle badly over small bumps. 3. Upper control arm bushings will squeak when needing replacement. 4. Sliding door handle will rattle over bumps if loose.

HTH
