I have an Espar D2 diesel heater in my westy. It's a bit loud outside of the vehicle (I'm going to install a muffler kit), but it's quiet inside. There is a small tick-tick of the fuel pump when it's running.

It puts out lots of heat!!

I bought mine used, so it was relatively affordable.
