Well....looks like you'll have to order thos items separately to do the job
right.  I've done this on my 84 GL and 84 Westy with great success (I'm the
"guinea pig" at VWG/Airhead).  The owner has a 90 Multivan that is having
this done on this week.  In a couple of weeks I'll be helping my best buddy
Cliff install a kit on his 87 Canadian Panel Vanagon and another on his
friend's 82 Vanagon (upgrading his tank and filler to the later style.

Oh, BTW, VWG/Airhead now offers the fuel filler breather tube, also made
in-house.  Obsoleted recently by VW they were around $60 at the dealer, less
expensive from VWG/Airhead.
