Any reason why you chose the 2.4 over the 2.3?  The higher compression causes me some concern....and of course the initial cost, premium fuel required, etc.  Did you do any other drivetrain (like transmission 3-4 slider hub) or coolant system work when you did the install?

So I got my 2.4L GoWesty engine installed and running today. WOW!!!!! It only has 34 miles on it and boy is there a big difference in power compared to my 1.9L. I can actually accelerate on the freeway going 65 mph to 85 mph. And hills WOW!!!! I can also accelerate going up hill now and the engine is not even broke in yet. Im very happy with it. I id not want a race car I only wanted to be able to drive like a normal car.
