I have never traveled in Mexico with my Westy but wanted to, I find all these travel stories a great resource. I read the e-mails and the articles in the paper and it really looks like the Mexican bureaucracy wants to keep the camping rigs. Do any of you folks with the experience down south think this is a place where someone is waiting for a cash gift to fix all this?
