If a hoist isn't at your disposal 24/7, the Zoltan hoist might do for
you. Worked great for me when positioning my engine (gas ABA swap)


Pic shows it incomplete, but should give the idea. I paid more for a
worm gear type hoist, but was great for tweaking.
