pull back weather stripping at the area of the door latch, it might be glued in there, so do it carefully. Phillips head screw shwoud be exposed, unscrew then door handle will come off... pulling to rear of door a little as you ease it out. its quite simple, then you can have a bit of a look at the latch insides, and also play with lock barrel. alistair
