There is a slight difference in positioning left to right. Doubtful that the Seller will give you the reinforcing brackets with captive nuts welded to the back of the front seat boxes. I paid $44 for a full set for both sides from Rennie (now at Santa Monica VW). There was a used set on Ebay recently for a singel seat. Went for less than $16 (USD). The Allen bolt method was just discussed here earlier in the week. Anything less is a compromise in safety IMHO. Sorry can't help with a webpage.

Likelihood of a hard rear end collision is not as high. That would be the only reason you would need a shoulder harness. The jumpseats share seat belt mounting bolts with the front passenger seats. While it is possible to all a reel for a shoulder belt, some creativity will be needed to utilise (ahem, Canadialand spelling) the limited real estate in that vicinity.
