Take your time installing the lock nuts. Hole quite ovalised? Pic of mine. http://sites.google.com/site/tubaneil2/RadiusArmHole2.jpg Strut arm made "clunk" sound when parallel parking and had worn through metal sleeve damaging strut bar itself.
