Thanks, that is the exact figure I consulted in Mr. Bentley to determine what needed to be done, but of course Mr. B assumes that I know how to do that w/o further explanation from the arrow pointing to it. I am hoping that plastic can be pulled w/ switch in place, but steering column cover removed, or it wouldn't really be plug & play?
