So I ground away more material. Sound seemed be gone, but came back.

Pulled engine cover and revved engine to look for any excessive movement. Saw transmission rotate L/R as it should but noticed that transmission bracket is close to clutch hydraulic flex hose bracket on frame. I recall that these parts were close at time of refitting parts, but stuff fit so dismissed it.

Hopefully it's not the transmission itself. Sound happens under load up hill.

Oh and my comment about transmission bracket coming up and hitting mount metal was wrong I think. If anything, it seems to me that when driving forward, the nose of transmission would want to push down when accelerating. I think..... ;^)
