Did you re-check your motor mounts? My inline was clunking going uphill. I have a driveway with some 'whoops' and quite steep. Sometimes if I dawdle on the steep portion my rear wheels will start to tramp and spin a little and when my motor mount was loose and failing, it made this loud clunking. Once I discovered the PO had left off the cross-engine brace causing a lot of stress on my rightside motor mount and repaired the whole system, that clunk went bye bye. The nose of my 5sp will move some...I can lift it against the rubber mount and see some movement, but the mount itself looks ok.... I do carry around a spare, if it ever lets loose. Don Hanson
