i understand that if stiffness lasts longer than 4 hours one should seek help from ... oops .. wrong list sorry ...

seriously ... if you have been taking your vanagon to this shop for years and suddenly have an issue with work done ... i would take it up with the owner ... i would take the owner out for a drive and let him have the wheel .. let him discover what is wrong if his new guy on vans is not competent ... he will realize and appreciate the feed back if owner of shop is a closed minded knuckle dragger ... then time to move on
