I also swapped out the pressure reg. No difference.

Even with new tank etc., still buzzes. More at higher ambient temps.

In some cases, I suspect it's the design of the tank though I have no
hard proof. My Jetta engine is quieter at idle than air cooled was, so
I hear the pump. Tank etc was replaced during engine swap. FP may have
been making the noise with the old tank.
