Todd, the rotor is missing. This is a $7 part or you could use your old one for now until you can buy a new one. All of the rebuilt distributors we have been selling have come with a brand new cap and rotor, but maybe someone goofed at the factory and left it off. Again it is not that big of a deal, just an annoyance. The Hall Sender is there so don't worry about that.
