TJ, when the van is running bad, try turning the ignition off and then
starting the van back up. Does it run better for a short time? If so
then you are having an oxygen sensor problem. Since the sensor is
uplugged I would suspect it is either the ground for the oxygen sensor
(the one under the air conditioner compressor on the head) or the big
green wire that takes the oxygen sensor signal to the ECU. Let me know
what you find and I will try to help you further.
